Christina (Sacco) Shea,
Managing Partner
Christina (Sacco) Shea has been in the permanent and temporary staffing industry since 2005. She has experience with a wide variety of nationwide clients including large healthcare systems, software, and medical device companies including Northrop Grumman, Social Security Administration, Lockheed Martin, and more. Christina is passionate about recruitment and process improvement.
With her time at CompHealth (owned by CHG Healthcare- the nation's largest healthcare staffing company), Christina quickly advanced into progressive leadership positions leveraging her strategic abilities of training, retention, recruitment, and process improvement.
Christina was recruited to join Right Management to lead the Engagement Department charged with engaging newly transitioning client company employees, which included building a team and architecting an entirely new process. In 2020, utilizing her knowledge of the marketplace and foundational corporate best practices, Christina launched her own staffing company, Aligned Solutions, dedicated to delivering high-touch and customized service in the highly competitive staffing and recruiting field.
Christina resides in South Florida with her family and is dedicated to serving in volunteer leadership roles in the community including ARC Broward and IMPACT, Memorial Healthcare System's Ambassador Program. She is the recipient of numerous awards and recognition.
Christina graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with a Bachelor's in Corporate Communications.
Kevin Wehmeyer, Managing Partner
Kevin Wehmeyer is recognized for his ability to closely partner with clients to find the best possible candidates for their positions. This allows Kevin to find what is important, more than just the basic job details. His unique talent in staffing is supported by his strengths in listening, sourcing, and matching. Kevin is seen by others as tireless worker with an honest approach to his client relationships: Each individual search is just that, individual.
Kevin’s expertise stems from 10 years of experience in staffing on a national level and 8 years of account management in the medical supply industry, where he was the recipient multiple awards for being a top producer. During his time at CompHealth, he quickly advanced from consultant to sales leadership, ultimately becoming Director, Advanced Practice. During his tenure, he worked closely with reps to determine areas of improvement along with creating a plan of action. In addition, he used his industry knowledge to help his team deliver high-quality results to their clients.
Kevin resides in South Florida with his wife and daughter and enjoys spending his leisure time with them and the beloved family dog. When not attending one of his daughter’s numerous sporting events, they like looking for family fun family adventures to share.
Kevin graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration.
